After obtaining Degree in Laws (LL.B.) in 1982 from Panjab University, Chandigarh, Mr Birinder Singh started practicing in the District Courts, Chandigarh, as well as Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and became standing counsel for many reputed companies and organizations like Associated Cement Companies Limited (ACC), Garware Paints Limited, Ballarpur Industries and many more. In February 1995, at the age of 35 years, he was appointed as Member (Judicial) of Railway Claims Tribunal by the President and became youngest Member (Judicial) ever appointed in RCT in India. He delivered landmark Judgments on various issues of great public importance and was in the Editorial Board of “Railway Claims Reporter” an official publication of the Tribunal. On successful completion of his term as Member (Judicial) Mr Birinder Singh, rejoined the Bar with an active practice and became empanelled Counsel of Department of Local Government, Punjab State and Standing Counsel for Union of India.
Mr Birinder Singh is a Member of Bar Association of Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and is also a Mediator at Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. A Member of Indian Council of Social Welfare, Punjab State he is also a Member of the prestigious panel of Arbitrators & Conciliators of “FICCI Arbitration And Conciliation Tribunal” (FACT). He has vast experience in handling matters relating to Civil, Criminal, Commercial and Matrimonial Laws.

Ms. Kirthana Singh Khurana is currently working at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat as a Lecturer of Company Law. She completed her B. Com (Hons.) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi in the year 2015. Post that, she joined Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi to pursue a three-year LL.B. degree. She secured the third rank in her batch comprising more than 1200 students.
