After obtaining Degree in Laws (LL.B.) in 1982 from Panjab University, Chandigarh, Mr Birinder Singh started practicing in the District Courts, Chandigarh, as well as Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and became standing counsel for many reputed companies and organizations like Associated Cement Companies Limited (ACC), Garware Paints Limited, Ballarpur Industries and many more. In February 1995, at the age of 35 years, he was appointed as Member (Judicial) of Railway Claims Tribunal by the President and became youngest Member (Judicial) ever appointed in RCT in India. He delivered landmark Judgments on various issues of great public importance and was in the Editorial Board of “Railway Claims Reporter” an official publication of the Tribunal. On successful completion of his term as Member (Judicial) Mr Birinder Singh, rejoined the Bar with an active practice and became empanelled Counsel of Department of Local Government, Punjab State and Standing Counsel for Union of India.
Mr Birinder Singh is a Member of Bar Association of Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and is also a Mediator at Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. A Member of Indian Council of Social Welfare, Punjab State he is also a Member of the prestigious panel of Arbitrators & Conciliators of “FICCI Arbitration And Conciliation Tribunal” (FACT). He has vast experience in handling matters relating to Civil, Criminal, Commercial and Matrimonial Laws.

Mr Prateek Mahajan was Class topper throughout the 15 years of schooling from 1993-2008. He thereafter obtained Degree in Law(B.A.LL.B(Hons.)) from UILS, Panjab University, Chandigarh with a gold medal awarded by Justice T.S. Thakur, Senior most Judge, Supreme Court of India for being the University Topper at the 2nd Annual Law Convocation held on April 11, 2015. Mr Prateek Mahajan was outstanding in Academics from the beginning and has secured 4 gold medals for being topper during the 5 years in college. He was the Winner of XV All India Moot Court Competition held at Bangalore in 2011. He also won the ‘Best Student Advocate’ Award at the 24th All India Moot Court Competition held at Trivandrum in 2013. He has also presented various research papers of utmost importance and most of his work got published in prestigious journals. Mr Prateek Mahajan also took part in 56th Session of the Harvard National Model United Nations Conference (HNMUN) held at Boston, USA from 12-15 February, 2010.
Mr Prateek Mahajan started practicing in the Panjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh in 2013. Apart from a flourishing private practice, he has also been appointed Central Government Counsel to represent Central Government and its officers at the High Court of Punjab and Haryana on 17.2.2015. Mr Prateek Mahajan has also been appointed as Panel Counsel of Chandigarh Administration on Civil Side for cases at the Punjab & Haryana High Court on 24.4.2017. He is Panel Counsel of all major corporations of the State of Haryana such as HUDA, HSAMB, HVPNL, UHBVN, DHBVN, HPCB, various Municipal Corporations of the State and others. He is also Panel Counsel of Life Corporation of India, Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Co. & Bhakra Beas Management Board for cases at the Punjab & Haryana High Court.

Ms. Kirthana Singh Khurana is currently working at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat as a Lecturer of Company Law. She completed her B. Com (Hons.) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi in the year 2015. Post that, she joined Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi to pursue a three-year LL.B. degree. She secured the third rank in her batch comprising more than 1200 students. She further went on to pursue a master’s degree in Corporate Law (MCL) from University of Cambridge, UK where she was ranked fifth in her cohort. She joined the field of legal academia in 2019. Apart from her teaching duties at the law school, she also conducts lectures at the Jindal Global Business School, Sonipat. Her areas of interest include Comparative Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Finance.

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor, Netaji Subhas Institute of Law, Netaji Subhas University, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I have completed my master’s degree from Rashtriya Raksha University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It is India’s first and top police university and also a central university. I have done my master’s in ‘crime and Security law’. My dissertation was on ‘Comparative study on Cyber Crime’. I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in B.A.LLB (Hons.) from the Central University of South Bihar with distinction. On my master’s day, I am exposing myself to the field of research. In a one-year master’s program, I have published 6 papers in which, one is a ‘case comment’ and the other is a ‘research paper’ on different topics. All the research papers and case comments are published in reputed journals such as the Supremo Amicus, International Journal of Law Management and Humanities, India Journal of Law, Polity and administration, Fast Forward Justice law Journal, Indian Journal of Law and Legal Research, white Black legal Law Journal, etc. I have been awarded as the “Best student researcher of the year, 2020-2021” from Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat. I also have teaching experience of 1 year 6 months in India’s biggest coaching institute for law entrance exams, “career launcher”. I teach different subjects in Law. Apart from teaching, I make myself 24/7 available for students’ queries. I used to prepare my own PPT for organizing quizzes.
